However, in case of any complaint, we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Below are our Return and Refund policy applies to the products and services:

  • Abrogations will be viewed as just if the solicitation is made inside 48 hours of putting in a request. In any case, the cancellation won't be engaged if the requests have been imparted to the sellers/traders and they have started the way toward delivery them.
  • On the off chance that you feel that the item got isn't as appeared on the site or according to your desires, you should carry it to the notice of our client assistance inside 24 hours of getting the administrations. The Customer Service Team in the wake of investigating your protest will take a proper choice.   • No Refunds can be provided for services delivered in full such as installation service, Domain Names, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software, Web design services, etc.
  • For products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, the liability of Insta Bizmart shall be limited to helping the customer register a complaint with the manufacturer but shall not be liable for any return or refund for the same.
  • For plans, a full refund will be issued if Insta Bizmart has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of taking the plan. If there are one or more issues resolved within first 30 days, the fees for the service will not be refundable. However, after 30 days of purchase of Plan, no refund shall be made by Insta Bizmart.
  • For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: (a)You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active. (b)The issue is out of scope for the particular plan (c)Re-occurrence of an issue within 15 days it was last worked upon by our technician.
  • All refunds would be directly credited to the credit card or bank account, the details of which are registered with Insta Bizmart
  • All refunds may take up to 7 days for settlement and credit to credit card/bank account and Insta Bizmart shall not be liable for any delays for the transactions/processing beyond its control.
